Responsibilities
Administrative Job Duties :
Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in multiple languages
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and record-keeping
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies
Support HR functions, such as onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record management
Inside Sales Job Duties :
Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Present and promote products or services to prospective clients
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Process orders, create quotes, and track sales progress
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
