Sr. Financial Business Partner

Join Our Team as a Sr. Financial Business Partner at Johnson Electric!

Location : Ancaster or Mississauga Canada (100% onsite)

Supplemental Pay : Annual Incentive + Base Pay

Schedule : Global Flex

Relocation : Local Ancaster or Mississauga candidates preferred but will consider relocation

Travel : 25% Domestic. Some Global Possible

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It :

As our next Sr. Financial Business Partner , you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic financial initiatives, supporting key stakeholders, and influencing critical business decisions. Your expertise in financial management and strategic planning will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.
Lead strategic projects, including system implementations and process improvements, to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing insights that drive business decisions.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a complex financial environment.

3+ Years experience within an Automotive Manufacturing Environment

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Experience partnering and influencing Director and VP stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have :

Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
