Cats’ Castle Cat Hotel is a family owned cats only boarding facility. Cats’ Castle provides a luxurious alternative to pet sitting. At Cats' Castle, cat care is our number one priority. We always need to make sure that every kitty is comfortable, happy and most importantly healthy.
This position is offering a full time at ~35 hours / week.
General responsibilities :
- Providing excellent customer service to owners during check in / out, taking bookings, giving tours, answering phones / email, etc.
- Feeding cats according to customer instruction
- Cleaning and disinfecting cat suites
- Administering medication (including pills and injections)
- Monitoring litter box activity
- Maintaining facility cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
