Responsibilities:
- Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Sales experience (outbound and inbounds sales).
- Customer service experience.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Presentation skills preferred.
- Time management skills.
To join our team:
- OTL licence and willing to obtain LLQP
- Post secondary education.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Customer service experience min 2 years
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
