We are looking for candidates to join our expanding team as call center agents to represent our client TELUS Communications. This position offers full-time hours. We will provide all the knowledge and training on-site; previous sales or call center experience is an asset, not required. Duties and Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Agent :
- Educating customers about the products and services offered by TELUS
- Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions
- Taking inbound calls to solve customer’s inquiries and concerns
- Listening to and understanding customer needs and answering any questions they may have
- Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
- Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience!
