Robert Half is partnered with a leading organization in the manufacturing industry who is looking to hire a Collections Specialist to join their collaborative team.. This is a full time permanent position located in the Woodbridge, ON area. Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Collections Specialist will be responsible for;

Responsibilities

Outbound collection calls on past due balances to decrease outstanding receivables
Reconcile customer accounts
Liaise with internal departments such as sales team to resolve customer disputes
Negotiate payments and recommend customers go to collections when needed
Prepare and update AR ageing reports and other reports such as DSO

Job Requirements : Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

ERP system experience is an asset

Reliable skills in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills

Detailed and have the ability work independently

Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in high volume dynamic environment
