What we’re looking for :

2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates

2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment

In this role you may be placed permanently in our store in Windsor and ability to commute to the location is required
