Customer Service Agent – French (Work From Home or On-site)
Job description
IO Solutions Contact Center is looking for French-speaking candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting stated productivity targets. We offer you the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and talents in a rewarding career through our Advancement Program.
