Architecte Java

Compétences principales :

Expérience avérée en Java .
Maîtrise de l' architecture et des systèmes distribués complexes .
Très bonne gestion des bases de données massives .
Compétences en conception et intégration de systèmes .
Connaissance des mécanismes d'optimisation de performance .
Mise en place des standards de l'architecture ITIL , notamment pour les systèmes de gestion des erreurs.
Capacités de leadership et flexibilité pour coordonner et faire avancer les équipes.

Responsabilités principales :

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques pour optimiser les plateformes existantes ou répondre à de nouveaux besoins fonctionnels.

Participer à des revues de conception avec les parties prenantes et suivre la mise en œuvre du design en collaboration avec les responsables techniques.

Coordonner les équipes (30 personnes, 4 squads dont 3 en formation), produire de la documentation (très peu d'existant).

Gérer des problématiques liées à la conformité et aux règles de politique (exemple de projet : plateforme de détection et de résolution des problèmes de conformité).

Assurer la prise en compte des besoins fonctionnels et non fonctionnels dans le processus de conception du système.

Exigences :

Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en tant qu'architecte, avec maîtrise de Jira .

What profiles are we hiring and for whom?

Java Architect

Key Skills :

Proven experience in Java .

Expertise in architecture and complex distributed systems .

Strong knowledge of large-scale database management .

Experience in system design and integration .

Understanding of performance optimization mechanisms .

Implementation of ITIL architecture standards , especially for error management systems.

Strong leadership skills and flexibility to coordinate and drive teams forward.

Main Responsibilities :

Design and implement technical solutions to optimize existing platforms or address new functional requirements.

Participate in design reviews with stakeholders and oversee the design implementation in collaboration with technical leads.

Coordinate teams (30 people, 4 squads with 3 in training), produce documentation (with very little existing).

Manage compliance issues and policy rules (e.g., project example : a platform to detect and resolve compliance problems).

Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are considered in the system design process.

Requirements :

At least 4 years of experience as an architect, with proficiency in Jira .
