Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will deliver excellent customer experiences within a retail environment. Your duties include fulfilling transactional needs, proactively identifying customer needs, and referring or fulfilling requests appropriately. You will also ensure compliance with policies and assist with retail operations to maintain an efficient branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and identify customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Inform customers about products and services, and offer suggestions.
• Respond to approximately 100 daily inquiries via phone or email.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues related to products, delays, or cancellations.
• Meet deadlines and respond promptly to customer requests.
• Process transactions following current policies.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and company news.
