Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting , talent acquisition, or staffing — preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). Proven success conducting cold calls and proactive sourcing to engage passive candidates. Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. $55,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr
About the Role :
We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment . This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives under pressure, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
As a Bilingual Recruiter , you’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of roles through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach . You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring process from first contact to onboarding — all while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open roles.
- Conduct extensive cold calling and outbound outreach to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and French across multiple job functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to fill roles quickly in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.
- Track activity and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience while meeting ambitious hiring goals.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and online recruitment platforms.
