About the Role

Clutch is looking for a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to be the face of our company! Since our entire car‑buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience. If you're excited about shaking up the industry and want to be part of a company changing the car‑buying game, you'll love working with us!

What You’ll Do

Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.

Operate a flatbed truck to transport client vehicles and deliver them directly to customers’ front door across Ontario.

Handle exceptional customer service tasks, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Inspect vehicles, assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service.

Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.

Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.

Here’s What You Have

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.

License : Minimum of a G Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).

Driving Record : Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.

Background Check : Clean criminal background check.

Work Authorization : Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Availability : Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. 4 weekday plus 1 weekend day working schedule.

It’d Be Great If You Have

Valid OMVIC License – We’ll help you obtain one if you don’t have it yet.

A passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Experience with warranty products so you can answer any questions that arise during the process.

Fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese.
