About the Opportunity
  • Own end?to?end delivery for a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including cadence, status reporting, RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies), decision logs, and executive updates.
  • Drive cross?project dependency management and integrated planning across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Project Manager Leadership & Coaching:
  • Support Project Managers by setting expectations and ensuring consistent project controls.
  • Provide hands?on guidance to strengthen execution in planning, stakeholder management, schedule discipline, and risk management.
  • Standardize project delivery practices, templates, and reporting to improve predictability and transparency.
  • IT Delivery (Applications, Migration, Data:
  • Lead programs involving application development and SDLC delivery (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
  • Oversee legacy application modernization and migration to new platforms.
  • Manage data migration planning and execution, including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
  • Partner with architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure environment readiness, performance, and reliability.
  • Financial & Resource Management:
  • Build and manage program budgets, forecasts, and burn rates; track actuals vs. plan and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage resource planning across workstreams, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Support procurement activities such as SOW review and vendor coordination.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program health, timelines, risks, and decisions.
  • Produce clear, action?oriented updates for leadership and escalate issues with recommended options.
  • Facilitate steering committees and key decision forums.

About You
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT project/program management, leading multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Project Managers and improving delivery execution through coaching and governance.
  • Proven delivery experience in at least two of the following: application development/systems implementation, legacy application migration/modernization, or data migration.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT domains including applications, data, and foundational infrastructure concepts.
  • Solid financial management experience, including budgets, forecasts, vendor spend tracking, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in executive?level reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong command of delivery fundamentals: schedules, critical path, RAID management, dependency mapping, and change control.

Pay Range
$87.58 - $97.58/hr
