The Role

You will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing our existing business processes, systems, and technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to investigate gaps, gather project or user request requirements, and recommend / implement solutions that drive process improvements and streamline operations. This position will work closely with business users to understand their business problems and translate that knowledge into a technical solution.
