Job descriptionAnalyze and document requirements, business processes, and create artifacts as appropriate for solution design and implementation Mapping current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, gathering stakeholder input, and defining requirements for automated routing, secure document handling and enhanced transparency. Create, execute test cases, and facilitate UAT Gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing current state processes, identifying pain points, and collaborating with stakeholders to design improved, client-centered solutions that enhance accessibility, privacy, and processing efficiency. 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis, or operational optimization. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
