Partner with the leadership team to align operations with the big picture, then bring it to life on the floor. Track costs like a hawk, invest like its your money, and always ask : Is this scalable? Help us grow smartly, not just quickly. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Product Development to stay ahead of demand. Build bridges between departments so Operations is always looped in (not looped out). Help us solve complex problems in simple, human ways. Have 5+ years in a senior operations or director-level role in manufacturing. Have led multi-site teams (cross-border experience = gold star). Can juggle strategy, execution, and people without dropping the ball. Are known for developing other leaders, not just being one. Believe safety isnt negotiable and quality is everyones job. Speak candidly, listen well, and dont need a translator for operational KPIs. Are excited by the words growth, change, and lets try it a new way. We are Valley Comfort Systems, and we make things that make people feel good (and warm). Literally and figuratively. Now, we are on the hunt for a Senior Operations Manager who gets that strong operations start with strong people.
You are someone who knows manufacturing like the back of your hand, but your true strength lies in leading with humility, passion, driving results through others, and rolling up your sleeves when it counts. You speak fluently in KPIs and regulatory compliance but also in mentorship, team building, and "we before me."
