About the Role:

IMAX Enhanced is an umbrella program under the Streaming Consumer Technology business at IMAX, a global leader in entertainment technology delivering premium and immersive cinematic experiences. We bring the power and quality of IMAX into the home — transforming how audiences experience live, on-demand, and streaming entertainment.

Our mission is to redefine home viewing by combining IMAX’s cutting-edge image, sound, and scale with premium content partnerships. We collaborate with streaming platforms, live event organizers, content owners, distributors, device manufacturers, and global-tier sponsors who want to deliver unmatched experiences to their audiences and amplify their brand with IMAX.

IMAX Enhanced enables sponsors, content owners, and distributors to offer IMAX Enhanced streaming into the home as well as in livestreaming events (watch parties) in iconic IMAX cinemas across the world.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Operations Specialist to help strengthen the commercial growth and operational execution of the IMAX Enhanced business. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive operator in entertainment technology who enjoys taking ownership of projects, improving processes, and working across sales, marketing, product, and finance in a fast-moving environment.

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Operations, you will manage key business operations activities and support revenue and budget planning, commercial execution, and deal coordination across the IMAX Enhanced live, on-demand, and device segments. You will bring structure, follow-through, and practical problem-solving to a growing business while developing broader commercial and strategic experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain an accurate view of the IMAX Enhanced sales pipeline, prospecting activities, and revenue forecasts, preparing regular reporting and highlighting trends and follow-up actions for leadership

• Work closely with Head of Sales to coordinate B2B deal execution across streaming, broadcast, sports rights holder, and OEM device clients, including contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and internal approvals

• Manage SG&A budgeting and expense tracking processes, support quarterly P&L planning and financial reporting, and help identify variances, risks, and opportunities for the business

• Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate major industry moments such as CES, NAB, client demos, and other external events and conferences

• Support sales proposal preparation, ROI modeling, business cases, and presentations for client engagement, commercial discussions, and internal decision-making

• Identify and implement practical process improvements, operating tools, and workflow automations—including the use of AI—to improve efficiency and visibility across the business

Who You Are

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B business operations, strategic planning, sales operations, business development, finance, or related roles; within digital media, streaming, entertainment, or technology preferred

• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting deal execution and revenue operations across multiple accounts, and partnering directly with internal leaders, clients, and external partners

• Strong project and program management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple complex workstreams while delivering high-quality outcomes with speed

• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented team member who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments and is comfortable taking ownership while seeking guidance when needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly with both executive and external audiences

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with financial or operational data; experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is a plus

• Passion for entertainment technology, streaming, sports media, and premium consumer experiences, with curiosity about emerging business models

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Degrees in business, analytics, operations, economics, finance, statistics, or another quantitative field are preferred

• Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and deal structuring for brand partnerships/licensing agreements

• Experience building operational processes, reporting frameworks, and workflow automations from 0-1 using AI tools and other emerging technologies

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$57,489.00 / 57.489,00$ - $71,860.00 / 71.860,00$ (per year / par an) Final pay within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and the geographic location of the role.
