We are searching for a highly motivated team member to assume the role of Senior Business Analyst for APEXA.

We are a small and nimble team that prides ourselves on being innovative, fast-paced and customer focused.

Functions & Responsibilities : Become an expert on the APEXA solution in order to conduct requirement gathering, develop user stories, process description and system documentation Collaborate with developers, IT Operations, sales / client support and the product manager to explore issues and resolve problems Gain or possess client / industry knowledge to present client perspectives in system investigations, UI Design, enhancement design.

Translate business needs into clear detailed requirements, functional specifications, and process maps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Work with our external technical vendors to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, clients, vendors, and the Scrum team to drive projects forward Independently gather and synthesize information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and identifying optimal solutions that address core business needs.

Oversee second tier support for troubleshooting client inquiries which require staging and testing complex scenarios to identify workaround and assess impact Facilitate knowledge sharing and training with stakeholders during project rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption of front-end improvements Work independently, gather and evaluate information from multiple sources in order to reconcile conflicts, distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs, and help to generate alternative solutions to business needs where required Successfully manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Identify existing bottlenecks and deficiencies and assist in implementation of solutions Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making Use our issue-tracking system (JIRA) to manage releases and communicate with clients Excellent prioritization and time management Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including testing, documenting and gathering requirements, maintaining technical documentation Strong relationship-building and client communication skills Collaboration and team focus with internal teams, PO, and leaders A track record of delivering on your commitments Proven ability to be analytical, organized, detail-oriented and a good problem solver Comfort dealing with frequent changes and juggling tasks A desire to belong to a smart, committed, fast-paced team Experience using MS Office Suite, including Visio and Project Experience working with JIRA is an asset Experience in the Life Insurance Industry is an asset Ability to speak french is an asset APEXA, une société du groupe MIB Group Holdings, est une entreprise dynamique offrant une solution de pointe à l'industrie de l'assurance-vie.

  • Collaborer avec les développeurs, les opérations informatiques, le service des ventes / soutien à la clientèle et le chef de produit pour analyser les problèmes et les résoudre
  • Acquérir ou posséder une connaissance du client ou de l'industrie afin de représenter les perspectives du client lors des analyses de système, de la conception de l’interface utilisateur et des améliorations fonctionnelles
  • Traduire les besoins métier en exigences détaillées claires, spécifications fonctionnelles et cartes de processus, en assurant l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques
  • Travailler avec nos fournisseurs techniques externes pour résoudre les problèmes et optimiser les processus
  • Construire et entretenir de solides relations avec la direction, les clients, les fournisseurs et l’équipe Scrum pour faire avancer les projets
  • Recueillir et synthétiser de manière autonome des informations provenant de multiples sources, résoudre les conflits et identifier des solutions optimales qui répondent aux besoins métier essentiels
  • Superviser le support de deuxième niveau pour résoudre les demandes des clients nécessitant des scénarios complexes de mise en scène et de tests pour identifier des solutions de contournement et évaluer les impacts
  • Faciliter le partage des connaissances et la formation avec les parties prenantes lors des déploiements de projets, en assurant une adoption fluide des améliorations de l'interface utilisateur
  • Travailler de manière autonome, recueillir et évaluer des informations provenant de sources multiples afin de résoudre les conflits, distinguer les demandes des utilisateurs de leurs véritables besoins sous-jacents, et aider à générer des solutions alternatives aux besoins métier lorsque nécessaire
  • Gérer avec succès plusieurs tâches prioritaires simultanément tout en maintenant une attention particulière aux détails
  • Identifier les goulots d'étranglement et les insuffisances existants et aider à la mise en œuvre de solutions
  • Identifier les problèmes émergents et les tendances pour informer la prise de décision
  • Utiliser notre système de suivi des problèmes (JIRA) pour gérer les versions et communiquer avec les clients
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion des priorités et du temps Exigences :
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires, incluant les tests, la documentation, la collecte des exigences et la gestion de la documentation technique
  • De solides compétences en création de relations et en communication avec les clients
  • Un esprit de collaboration et une orientation travail d’équipe avec les équipes internes, le PO et les dirigeants
  • Un historique de réalisation de vos engagements
  • Une capacité éprouvée à être analytique, organisé, soucieux du détail et à résoudre des problèmes
  • Une aisance à gérer des changements fréquents et à jongler avec plusieurs tâches
  • Un désir de faire partie d’une équipe intelligente, engagée et dynamique
  • Une expérience avec la suite MS Office, y compris Visio et Project
  • Une expérience avec JIRA est un atout
