Requirements

Principales responsabilités

  • Identifier, prospecter et développer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires par le réseautage, les références, la prospection téléphonique, les campagnes courriel et les médias sociaux.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels et existants.
  • Promouvoir les services de transport, d'entreposage, de logistique et de chaîne d'approvisionnement de l'entreprise.
  • Effectuer des présentations, rencontrer les clients et mener les négociations commerciales.
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection jusqu'à la conclusion des ententes.
  • Préparer des propositions commerciales et collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de concevoir des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Assurer une transition harmonieuse des nouveaux comptes vers les équipes des opérations.
  • Maintenir à jour les activités de vente et les opportunités dans le système CRM de l'entreprise.
  • Suivre les tendances du marché, les activités de la concurrence et l'évolution des besoins des clients.
  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs mensuels et annuels de ventes.
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements de réseautage, de salons professionnels et d'autres activités de l'industrie.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et développer des relations d'affaires à long terme.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 années d'expérience en développement des affaires, en vente, en gestion de comptes ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Une expérience dans les secteurs du transport, de la logistique, du transport de marchandises, de l'entreposage ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement constitue un atout important.
  • Excellentes aptitudes démontrées en prospection et en développement de nouvelles affaires.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication, en négociation et en présentation.
  • Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
  • Grande autonomie, initiative et capacité à travailler de façon indépendante.
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule pour les déplacements chez les clients.

Position Overview

Andy Corporation North America Inc. is seeking an ambitious, self-driven Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer portfolio across Quebec and Ontario.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, ideal for experienced sales professionals, consultants, or individuals with an established network in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries. If you are motivated by performance and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this role offers unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote the company's transportation, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new accounts to the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as required.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience within transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for client meetings.
