Responsibilities :

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the retail furniture sector.

Identify and establish partnerships with key retailers and distributors.

Drive new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.

Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new retail partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail clients.

What you bring to the team :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the furniture or retail industry.

Strong network and knowledge of the retail furniture market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
