As an IT Business Analyst, you’re sharp, proactive, and collaborative. Highly organized, you take ownership from start to finish, delivering results with precision and energy.
As an IT Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners to ensure requirements are clearly defined and solutions align with business objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor assigned project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Support project planning by helping define requirements, test cases and results.
- Participate in requirements gathering and, functional analysis, and the successful implementation of new software solutions.
- Provide first-line technical assistance to end users for software operational day-to-day issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate testing, user training, and rollout activities.
- Track and report on project status to IT Senior Program Manager, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
