Job descriptionIs recognized for their excellent analytical, synthesis, and business‑needs translation skills. Is known for their excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, their ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, as well as a strong customer‑focused and service‑oriented mindset. Has a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business process analysis, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience (knowledge of the Career agency network is an asset). Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves delivering presentations in English and collaborating regularly with colleagues throughout Canada. - Leading continuous improvement and development projects, from planning through delivery.
- Analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Identifying process impacts and recommending concrete improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring the coordination, prioritization, and alignment of ongoing initiatives.
- Facilitating collaborative workshops with stakeholders to drive innovation and performance.
- Contributing to the definition and implementation of effective and sustainable business solutions.
- Providing strategic change management support to promote adoption and ownership of initiatives.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $66,862 and $96,093 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
