Summary :
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our environmental division by identifying new business opportunities generating highquality leads and driving customer growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong background in customer service sales and networking to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners. This role is essential in delivering service beyond analysisproviding not just solutions but exceptional support and value that exceed client expectations.
What you will be doing :
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to expand AGAT Laboratories market presence.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects to improve market position.
- Foster strong longterm relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor addressing client needs and exceeding expectations.
- Design and execute accountspecific sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
- Manage relationships with assigned accounts while generating new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Promote AGAT Laboratories customercentric approach to build longlasting partnerships.
- Develop and implement annual territory and business plans to achieve budgeted sales objectives.
