En tant que Représentant

  • e au développement des ventes (SDR / BDR) dans le domaine de la construction et du design, vous serez le premier point de contact avec les futurs clients de l'entreprise.

Ce rôle stratégique consiste à identifier et à qualifier des opportunités d'affaires auprès d'entreprises de 50 employés et plus.

Vous travaillerez pour une firme reconnue pour son approche centrée sur le bien‑être des employés, un avantage concurrentiel majeur dans le marché actuel.

    Votre mandat s'articulera autour de la prospection des ventes et de la qualification de leads pour nourrir le pipeline de l'entreprise :

  • Effectuer une prospection à froid (Outreach) rigoureuse par téléphone, courriel et LinkedIn
  • Atteindre un volume d'appels satisfaisant pour assurer une visibilité maximale sur le marché
  • Qualifier les prospects en identifiant leurs besoins en aménagement et leurs échéanciers de projets
  • Fixer des rendez‑vous qualifiés pour les représentants seniors
  • Assurer le suivi constant des opportunités (Lead follow‑up) jusqu'à la conclusion du contrat de design
  • Effectuer une recherche stratégique de contacts cibles via des outils de vente
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de vente et marketing pour optimiser les scripts d'appel et les approches
  • Agir avec résilience face aux refus et maintenir une conviction inébranlable dans la valeur de l'offre
  • Qualifications

    Pour réussir dans ce rôle de Représentant

  • e au développement des ventes (SDR / BDR), vous devez posséder les caractéristiques suivantes :
  • Minimum d'une première expérience réussie en vente B2B ou en centre d'appels (télémarketing)
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français (oral et écrit) pour une prospection fluide et professionnelle
  • Anglais fonctionnel (un atout) pour les communications avec des prospects anglophones ou hors province
  • Capacité à travailler au bureau pour favoriser le coaching et l'esprit d'équipe
  • Personnalité résiliente, capable de gérer les émotions liées à la vente haute pression
  • Grande autonomie et capacité à s'approprier les outils de vente (CRM)
  • Alignement avec les valeurs de l'entreprise
