Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Business Systems Analyst on a temporary basis (up to 2 years) on our Consumer Products team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based out of any of our offices in Saskatoon Regina Winnipeg Calgary or Edmonton.

Drive system improvements and process efficiencies by acting as the link between technology and business. Youll analyze requirements support testing and help deliver solutions that enhance operations. If youre detail-oriented collaborative and passionate about optimizing systems this role is for you!

What youll do :

• Address complex inquiries about system functionality identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle including requirements gathering design testing and implementation.
• Develop end-user training materials and support adoption of new systems and processes.
• Provide project updates escalate issues and maintain strong communication with managers and stakeholders.

Who youll work with :

You will work closely with project stakeholders in Consumer Products (which includes Food TGP HABS Liquor and Pharmacy) IT and Supply Chain and will report into the Manager Business Systems Planning & Design. This team strives to cultivate a culture of curiosity collaboration knowledge sharing and resourcefulness.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and :

Have 3-6 years of directly related experience in retail wholesale merchandising or supply chain.

Have system implementation data analysis or project management experience.

Have a bachelors degree in commerce or in a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
