We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. If you are passionate about identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth, we want to hear from you.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
