Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in business and systems analysis within the financial sector. Previous experience in private markets investment platforms or financial applications. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL for data analysis. Familiarity with XML messaging, XSLT transformations, and JSON. Understanding of traditional databases and infrastructure (Windows, MS SQL Server). Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Experience Working with Investment platforms such as SimCorp, eFront, Investran, etc. Familiarity with data warehouses, batch processing tools, or system architecture

As a Business Analyst specializing in Private Markets, you will be instrumental in the planning and delivery of analytical and operational platforms for a Fortune 500 client. You’ll collaborate across IT and business teams to bring financial investment insights to life through data, BI, and digital transformation. This is a role for someone who wants to lead change, influence systems, and build sustainable solutions that move the industry forward.
About You :
You are a bilingual (French-English) Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You’re driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for solving meaningful problems. You balance analytical rigor with business empathy, and know how to build consensus across diverse teams.
As a Strategio Business Analyst, you will :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital business solutions with organizational goals.
- Translate financial requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Serve as a key support resource for operational platforms, managing incidents, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Design and optimize BI reports using Power BI to deliver business-critical insights.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems, recommending actionable solutions.
- Draft functional specifications for interfaces and contribute to solution design.
- Lead and support the full testing cycle, including regression, integration, and UAT.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
