Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for commercial real estate developments
- Research markets and provide supporting investment rationale
- Provide insights into financial performance, identifying trends, and recommending areas for improvement
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities, and potential risks
- Perform sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various factors on financial outcomes
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
