Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely entry of receiving and inventory documents. You will analyze and optimize inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives on results and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and optimize inventory processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and perform root cause analysis (RCAA), as required.
- Schedule inbound deliveries to ensure materials are available for production, while coordinating with shipping and receiving teams.
- Forecast raw materials (cement, aggregates, steel, etc.) in collaboration with the purchasing team.
- Issue purchase requisitions daily as required.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Inventory Manager.
- Ability to periodically travel to the GTA office.
