Job descriptionAnalyze equipment and vehicle utilization to improve performance and reduce downtime Partner with Operations to deliver clear, actionable reporting across the organization Visualize telematics data to support preventative maintenance and optimize heavy equipment usage Create ad hoc analytics that influence strategic fleet decisions at the leadership level Develop new Power BI dashboards and tools that highlight KPIs and unlock insights Collaborate with coordination teams on new fleet initiatives and measure their impact Become the go‑to subject matter expert on fleet reporting, data structure, and analytics logic Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a data, business analysis, or operations analytics role Strong ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable dashboards Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent communication skills - you’re confident presenting to all levels of the business Strong time management and an ability to juggle multiple priorities Experience with SAP or Business Objects is an asset Power BI experience is a major plus (or eagerness to learn!)

Reporting to the Sr. Business Analyst, the Business Analyst on our Fleet team, will play a key role in optimizing one of the largest equipment and vehicle operations in the industry. You’ll partner closely with Operations leaders, dive into real‑time telematics, and build dashboards that directly influence how we deploy, maintain, and maximize our fleet.

Salary & Inclusion
Salary range : The expected salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
