Do you have a passion for Talent acquisition? We’re looking for individuals to join our client in Nisku as Talent Acquisition Administrator
We're looking for individuals with high energy and a focus to rovides support to recruiters to ensure the application of recruitment practices, programs, policies, and regulations Maintains and update various documents regularly organizational charts, job descriptions, open positions reports, etc.
Pay rate : $30.30 / h
Location : Nisku, Alberta

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
o Administratively posts new positions in the Recruitment Management system.
o Draft and reviews offer letters to ensure accuracy and confirms approval to proceed.
o Initiates and monitors background checks to ensure completeness and compliance.
o Facilitates administrative pre-boarding tasks.
Qualifications
3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience and / or equivalent combination of related education and experience Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and other computer systems.
Supports all Recruitment administrative functions.
