As the Business Development and Lending Consultant for Community Futures, you will work closely with local entrepreneurs, assisting them with business development, planning, cash flow consulting, assessing and processing loan applications to help local businesses grow, pivot, or get off the ground.
About the Role, Benefits & Perks :
- Full-time, year-round.
- 3-4 days per week, flexible hours.
- $38 – $43 per hour based on experience.
- Based in Whistler or Pemberton.
- Partially working from home and visiting client at their places of business.
- Full medical and dental coverage after 3 months.
- Bonuses based on performance targets – may translate to extra paid time or other incentives.
