About the job :
Contract Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of a contract, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout. They ensure compliance with contract terms and facilitate communication between parties involved. This role often involves a mix of legal, financial, and administrative tasks within an organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Contract Drafting and Negotiation : Creating, reviewing, and revising contracts to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Contract Monitoring and Compliance : Tracking contract performance, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, and identifying potential risks or issues.
Communication and Coordination : Serving as a liaison between various stakeholders, including legal teams, project managers, and vendors.
Contract Implementation and Management : Overseeing the execution of contracts, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
Record Keeping and Reporting : Maintaining accurate contract documentation and providing regular reports on contract status.
