SUMMARY
The Technician III is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for the designated facility.
Please note, this opportunity is for a full-time and on-site position located in Surrey, BC.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspection and Maintenance
- Performs regular facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems monitoring and inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure facility uptime objectives are met, uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity of assigned facilities are maintained.
- Inspects assigned facilities by conducting facility walkthroughs, mechanical and electrical equipment and systems monitoring
- Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical building systems.
- Responds to routine and on-demand service requests
- Ensures work completed meets quality and contract response requirements
- Assists in the implementation of preventative maintenance (PM) program.
- Participates in and assists with facility-related projects.
- Ensures the manner in which work is performed is in compliant with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines related to environmental, health and safety, fire protection and any other applicable requirements

This is a temporary, full-time position with a salary range of $29.13 - 34.27 per hour. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
Please note, this opportunity is for a full-time and on-site position located in Surrey, BC. This opportunity is currently a full-time contract anticipated to be between 6 months and 1 year in length.
