One morning you might be carefully packing a family's keepsakes after a small kitchen fire, and the next, restoring items damaged by water or smoke. You work side by side with your teammates, sorting, cleaning, and organizing contents with precision and pride. You use specialized equipment, follow restoration techniques, and learn new skills that help bring belongings back to life. You keep detailed records, maintain clean work areas, and take safety seriously while staying focused and efficient. Whether you're cleaning, lifting, loading, or learning, you know your work helps people get back on their feet. Your energy, teamwork, and care make a real impact for every customer you help.QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in restoration, emergency services, or a related fieldHigh attention to detail with strong organization and teamwork skillsBasic understanding of cleaning techniques for water, fire, and mold restorationAbility to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE in varying environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using mobile devices and appsAbility to obtain industry certifications such as Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or Odor Control Technician (OCT)Valid driver's license and clean driving abstractMust be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)Who We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
