WHY CALGARY AIRPORTS
Powered by heart and dedicated to excellence, we’re the team that keeps Calgary connected – and you could be our newest member.
We’re in the business of uplifting people, and every day, we create runways to new places and possibilities, building a better airport experience for everyone.
What’s The Team Like
We’re the creative engine behind Calgary Airports’ brand, storytelling, and visual identity. From digital campaigns to in-terminal experiences, we bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. Our work helps shape how the world sees us — and how our people feel about being part of the journey.
You’ll work closely with Communications, Marketing, Guest Experience, and other partners to create a consistent, inspiring brand experience across every interaction. This is a team that thrives on collaboration — everyone pitches in, supports one another, and shares ideas openly. They’re strategic and highly creative, with a strong sense of purpose and pride in their work. If you enjoy working with passionate professionals who value innovation, shared problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional experiences, you’ll feel right at home here.
What Are Some Of The Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand Uplift Project : Drive a multi‑year initiative to bring Calgary Airports’ refreshed brand to life through integrated campaigns and experiences.
- Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies : Scope, design, and implement creative campaigns that align with strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and clarity in a matrix environment.
- Vendor Management : Lead the RFP process to select external marketing and creative partners, and oversee their work to ensure quality, alignment, and timely delivery of campaign elements.
- Budget Oversight : Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure effective allocation and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Measurement : Define KPIs and track success metrics for brand uplift initiatives, reporting progress to leadership.
- Brand Governance : Ensure adherence to brand standards across all materials, platforms, and experiences, and provide training / support to internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Drive alignment and deliver results by influencing stakeholders and teams across the organization — even when they don’t report directly to you. Foster collaboration, clarity, and accountability to keep initiatives on track.
- Empower Brand Adoption : Facilitate processes and initiatives that enable employees, volunteers, and ecosystem partners (hospitality, retail, airlines) to embody and communicate the brand effectively in customer interactions.
- Project Coordination : Work closely with a dedicated Project Manager assigned to support you, ensuring timelines, phasing, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
