Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to orchestrate the successful delivery of our enterprise deployment initiatives. In this role, you will be the definitive bridge between our engineering powerhouse and our enterprise clients. You will manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects, guiding them smoothly from initial scope through software integration and physical hardware/edge installation. As a primary client-facing representative, you must possess the professional presence and technical fluency to confidently represent the Seaquyl platform and company vision in high-stakes stakeholder discussions, ensuring our technology and delivery standards are communicated with absolute clarity.

Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Direct and manage multiple concurrent, high-priority projects spanning cloud software deployment, edge computing, and physical hardware installation. ● Client-Facing Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, expertly representing Seaquyl’s platform capabilities, navigating project scope discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations. ● Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with our Senior Lead Developer, engineering teams, and field operations to align software timelines with hardware manufacturing and site installations. ● Timeline & Resource Optimization: Own project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. ● Delivery Excellence: Define project KPIs, remove engineering and operational bottlenecks, and champion delivery processes that protect Seaquyl’s high execution standards.

Qualifications
Tenure: 10+ years of professional project management experience specifically within software development environments. ● Hardware & Operations Integration: Proven track record managing projects that bridge software with physical hardware manufacturing, IoT, edge computing, or industrial site installations. ● Seaquyl Brand Ambassador: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to represent the company flawlessly to client-side executives and technical teams alike. ● Multi-Project Mastery: Demonstrated success managing multiple complex, fast-moving projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or delivery timelines. ● Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall project management frameworks, knowing exactly when and how to blend them for hybrid software/hardware deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications
● PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is ideal, though equivalent real-world experience running complex deployments is fully accepted. ● Domain Knowledge: Experience with telemetry, industrial operations, multi-site deployments, or machine vision installations.
