As a Brand Associate , your responsibilities will be focused on promoting our clients' services and increasing brand awareness.
Brand Associate will :
- Leverage the client-provided leads, establish strong connections with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional product guidance through excellent brand consultation
- Promote our clients' brands during marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations
- Identify the customers' pain points and preferences to provide the best available service and / or product solution for their needs
- Serve as a primary point of contact to address prospects' inquiries and concerns
- Enhance brand awareness and develop effective sales strategies by collaborating with team members and other departments
- Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.com
- Give your 100% every day to achieve outstanding performance and master the responsibilities
