Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to join our team in Kelowna, BC. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on overseeing branch operations, managing and mentoring the team, and driving performance to meet business goals. The Branch Manager will develop and execute strategies to achieve growth and exceptional client service, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include creating a positive work culture, enhancing staff performance, and fostering relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively
- Experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and growing business portfolios
- Proficiency in developing operational strategies and ensuring compliance with industry and company regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Insurance industry experience and relevant designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP) are strongly preferred
- Proven ability to foster relationships with clients, team members, and community stakeholders
- A results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
