Responsibilities

Build and lead a highly engaged team.

Drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Collaborate with management and peers to develop business strategies that achieve strong results.

Implement and execute strategic plans by leveraging your teams strengths and fostering regional collaboration.

Contribute to growth and brand awareness in your territory by planning and executing marketing initiatives.

Oversee recruiting hiring and staffing of your team.

Manage coach and develop team members including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and proactively managing succession planning.

Build and execute Engagement Action Plans to motivate staff foster alignment with company objectives and communicate organizational updates effectively.

Ensure service quality consistently meets or exceeds expectations.

Evaluate the customer experience and introduce tools and programs to enhance satisfaction.

Analyze and resolve service and sales challenges providing follow-up on escalated client issues when required.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners.

Assist in preparing and monitoring branch-level operating and expense budgets.

Qualifications

AIC General Level 2 license (or equivalent) required.

Leadership and management experience within insurance brokerage operations 5-8 years

Proven track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations.

Experience managing in a hybrid work environment.

Strong understanding of both internal and external customer needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrated success managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop optimal solutions that enhance organizational performance.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.
