ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Reviews invoices manifests and other supporting documentation for conformance in accordance with Customs regulations and corporate policies.
- Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system.
- Obtains necessary or missing documentation by calling client when required.
- Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance.
- Prepares and submits Customs Declarations / Entries to US Customs.
- Provides customer service and assistance via telephone and email as required.
- Create and submit entry data reports to management and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
