Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for sales. The Sales Assistant will work closely with both the sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of sales strategies.
Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
- Utilize Pipedrive to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Support outside sales representatives by preparing proposals and presentations.
- Help negotiate contracts and close sales by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved to keep workflow on track
