Industry Marketing and Advertising Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead the development of compelling and insight-driven messaging for a portfolio of US pharmaceutical brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating integrated creative campaigns that effectively engage healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other key stakeholders. This role demands a seasoned leader with a deep background in pharmaceutical copy, exceptional conceptual skills, and a proven track record of inspiring teams. Close collaboration with various internal and client partners is essential to ensure that the work is not only creatively outstanding but also compliant with the pharmaceutical environment. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of agency experience, with a significant focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare advertising. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical communications, including familiarity with FDA regulations and the MLR review process. The ideal candidate will have experience in major pharmaceutical launches, therapeutic area expertise, and a background in both HCP and patient-focused communications. Skills in omnichannel engagement strategies and digital marketing approaches are also preferred.
