The successful candidate will be responsible for creating integrated creative campaigns that effectively engage healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other key stakeholders. This role demands a seasoned leader with a deep background in pharmaceutical copy, exceptional conceptual skills, and a proven track record of inspiring teams. Close collaboration with various internal and client partners is essential to ensure that the work is not only creatively outstanding but also compliant with the pharmaceutical environment. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of agency experience, with a significant focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare advertising. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical communications, including familiarity with FDA regulations and the MLR review process.
