We are currently seeking a new Team Leader, Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and thriving team.

Main responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team, composed of project managers, engineers, technicians, and drafters, to successfully carry out multiple projects.
• Actively participate in the development and management of bid submissions for both public and private tender calls.
• Leverage expertise and experience to guide both the team and clients throughout the execution of mandates.
• Work closely with clients to define their engineering needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Oversee and ensure the production of key technical deliverables by the team.
• Validate the compliance of engineering documents issued by the team with specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
• Monitor the financial performance of the engineering team and manage associated risks in close collaboration with management.
