Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights? The Squamish Nation is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager, you will transform data into clear, goal-driven reports and help shape strategies that benefit our community. What You’ll Do
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Develop insightful reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and normalization across systems.
- Generate reports from single or multiple data sources.
- Design and implement databases, analytics tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize data needs and improve processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on data findings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research as needed.

Salary : $75,000 - $112,500
Candidates are typically offered compensation between the beginning to the midpoint of the range. Weare committed to providing a fair and equitable package that reflects the value an individual brings to the organization.
