Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Boutique Manager located in Leduc, AB. The Beauty Boutique Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the store's beauty section. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service excellence, managing sales targets, training and coaching the team, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, organizing inventory, and building relationships with clients and team members to foster a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building and satisfaction
• Leadership, team management, and staff training experience in a retail or beauty environment
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products, combined with a passion for the industry
• Strong organizational, inventory management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional demeanor
• Computer literacy and familiarity with retail management software; flexibility to adapt to new technologies
• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or cosmetics management is considered an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus
