Position : Community Amenity Manager
Location : McKinley Beach, Kelowna, British Columbia
Starting Salary : $90, / year (plus performance bonus opportunities)
Job Type : Full-Time
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Community Amenity Manager to oversee the operations of McKinley Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with 5-10 years of relevant experience, and be adept at managing a small team. This role involves direct interaction with residents, stakeholders, and the public, requiring exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of McKinley Beach community amenities.
- Manage a small team of support staff and coordinate their activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and address their concerns and needs.
- Ensure compliance with community regulations and bylaws.
- Organize and facilitate community meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on community operations and finances.
- Develop and implement community improvement projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Handle conflict resolution and enforce community policies.
- Monitor and manage the community budget.
