Main functions

• Prepare and serve the different drinks
• Serve food
• Prepare drinks for the waiters
• Set up the bar
• Be responsible for the cash register and inventory
• Apply the rules of hygiene, health, and safety in the workplace
• Follow the operating instructions and maintain the equipment
• Ensure the constant cleanliness of your workstation
• Respect stock rotation
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, warehouses, and other storage areas in accordance with inventory rotation
• Operate the glass washer and store the glasses in the appropriate places
• Execute all other tasks requested by the manager
