Job Description

Lone Stars Bartenders bring the sizzle! We are looking for fun, enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join the Lone Star service group. You will be part of the front of house team that creates memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Serve guests who are seated at the bar or in some cases an additional section near the bar.
Create our signature margaritas, specialty cocktails and pour our selection of wine and beers.
Prep and clean bar pre and post shift. Prep work includes the making of our signature margarita mix, changing kegs, preparing garnishes for service, etc.
Work with the service team to have drinks prepared in a timely manner for guests within the dining room.
Help manage the audio visual (Music, Lighting, TV programming, etc) for the restaurant.

Requirements

Smart Serve Certified.

The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.

Lift items up to 30lbs.

Previous bartending experience is not required but is an asset.
